Randall Cook is the Co-Founder and CEO of Method Co., which he launched in 2012 to create distinctive hotels, apartment hotels, and restaurants across the United States. Prior to Method Co., Randall served as Chief Operating Officer of Korman Communities, where he helped launch the AKA brand in New York City—an early pioneer in the luxury extended-stay category. Randall has led the development of award-winning hospitality projects including ROOST, The Pinch (recipient of two Michelin Keys), The Nickel, The Quoin, and has overseen the concepting and development of more than 20 food and beverage concepts along the East Coast.

A nationally respected executive in real estate development and management, David is known for his entrepreneurial approach and creative vision. He brings extensive development experience across major markets, including New York City, and has led the transformation of a regional real estate platform into a full-service commercial development company. His work is defined by a strategic, hands-on approach to development, with a focus on creating distinctive, high-performing projects.

Daniel Cruz is President of Hotels at Method Co., where he oversees hotel operations and drives performance across the portfolio. Prior to joining Method Co., Daniel held leadership roles with the AKA brand, serving as Corporate Sales Director and later as General Manager. His background spans both revenue generation and on-property operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the guest experience and hotel performance. He has led the openings and transitions of all Method hotel properties, bringing deep expertise in execution, ramp-up, and operational consistency across the portfolio.

Jack McCabe is the VP of Strategy at Method, where he leads pricing strategy, distribution, and revenue optimization across the company’s portfolio. He brings over two decades of experience, with a strong foundation in major urban markets. Jack began his career in hotel sales before moving into revenue management roles with leading hospitality brands, and later served as Director of Revenue Management for a national extended-stay platform, overseeing multiple properties across both traditional hotel and extended-stay formats. He has led the opening and transition of more than 20 hotel assets and is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
