ROOST Apartment Hotel was created to bridge the gap between the comfort of home and the service of a boutique hotel. Designed for short and long stays, ROOST offers thoughtfully furnished residences, concierge service, and vibrant shared spaces, backed by Method Co.’s hospitality platform, to create a flexible, design-forward living experience for modern travelers.

This Southern-inspired tavern, located in a historic building off King Street in Charleston, is overseen by Chef Matt Dion and has been recognized by Michelin. Enjoy innovative Low Country fare in one of the city's most beautiful settings. 

This intimate boutique hotel, housed in a set of meticulously restored historic buildings, is discreetly tucked off King Street in the heart of Charleston. The thoughtfully-designed, 25-room property features large, open kitchens, original art work and handcrafted furniture.
